*Only shipping within the USA, excluding shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO, US Protectorates, PP Box. Items will be shipped the same business day when payment was completed by 9:00 am PST. Any payments received after 9:00 am PST will go out on the next business day.  Normally delivery time takes 5 to 11 days depending on your location.(West Coast States 5 to 8 days, Middle and the East States 8 to11 days.)If you still haven't received your item after 11 days, please contact us immediately, we will track your order for you. All returns must meet the overall guidelines for the individual return policy to apply. Special Order With no minimum quantity on orders per product, you are able to customize one container load that best fits your needs. A selection of Shower Doors, Vanities, Faucets, Bathtubs, Bathroom Accessories, and Shower Sets to complete a minimum of a 20′ Container. Our mixed container policy gives our customers the opportunity to purchase a large selection of products directly from our distribution warehouses or manufacturing plant, with a lower investment.

Warranty and Return

We proudly provide 3-years limited manufacturer warranty for Shower Doors, 1 Year limited warranty for other products selling by us. Any missing or damaged part of the product we are more than happy to ship our new replacement parts to our customer at extremely low cost. Part(s) may take up to 45 days to arrive due to the cause of shipping and preparation. For items that you would like to return, you must contact customer service within 7 days of your delivery. All returns must be in the original condition and packaging, unopened and uninstalled, including all original materials supplied with the item, policy not apply to customized item(s), special orders . We will get a return authorization for you to include with your returned item and let you know the address where it should be returned. Please do not return anything without speaking to customer service. If something is returned to the incorrect address or without a return authorization from our customer service, unfortunately, we won’t be able to issue a refund for that item. There is a 30% restocking fee for all returned items and you would be responsible for the return shipping. We provide free shipping and pay the cost for the initial shipping when you placed the order, it will not be able to be refunded. You would also need to make sure the item(s) is packed on a pallet (you can usually find free pallets at local hardware and various retail stores) and plastic wrap. When the item(s) are returned, if we find there are damages that occurred in transit, your refund may take a bit longer until a proper inspection by our warehouse. When you receive your order, please check all the conditions for the pallets. If your order is received damaged or missing any components, please sign the note on the Receive Sheet and report to our company. We will be able to get you the replacement parts that are needed. You have 48 hours to report all the damaged or missing components. If that time is over, the claim channel for damage will be closed. If you decide to return your entire order, it would be treated as a regular return and you would be responsible for the return shipping and a 30% restocking fee. The initial shipping charge would not be able to be refunded. We will also need the delivery paperwork that noted the damage.

Products that are received by Hometo in any of the following conditions are not eligible for refund or replacement and may be rejected:

any product not purchased from Hometo.

any product that does not exhibit the described reason for the return.

any product with missing parts, physical damaged, customized, altered in any way, or being installed.

State and local sales taxes
In accordance with applicable state and local laws, we are required to charge sales tax in localities where Hometo has operations. Hometo does not benefit from the collection of sales tax and we remit all taxes collected directly to the appropriate taxing jurisdiction.
As a general rule, it is the laws of the state of delivery that determine whether sales tax will be due on your transaction.
Taxes that appear in your online order confirmation are estimated. Because orders may be fulfilled from multiple locations across the U.S., the actual taxes charged to your credit card will be calculated based on the applicable state and local sales taxes when your order is shipped.
The terms contained herein are subject to change as the taxation of online transactions is continually evolving. Hometo strives to comply with state and local tax laws as they exist currently and continues to monitor and update its taxation policies as those laws change.
States Hometo collect sales tax
Orders shipped to AL, AZ, AR, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, ID, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NE, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI, or WV will have all applicable state and local sales tax added to your total order, and to related shipping and handling charges where appropriate.
